A BILL to repeal section five-a, article fourteen, chapter eleven
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to exemption from gasoline
and special fuels excise tax for bulk sales to interstate
motor carriers.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 14. GASOLINE AND SPECIAL FUEL EXCISE TAX.
ยง1. Repeal of section relating to exemption for bulk sales to
interstate carriers.
Section five-a, article fourteen, chapter eleven of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
is hereby repealed.
